This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.12067 of 2022 on 23.05.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tiruchengode at 10.30 a.m., and before the Inspector of Police, Tiruchengode Rural Police Station daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
