ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein, viz., the Inspector of Police, Naduveerampattu Police Station, Cuddalore District, to file a final report in Cr.No.276 of 2014 before the concerned Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.276 of 2014 was completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 13.09.2014 and the closure report has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
