O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish copy of the R.C.Book of the vehicle, driver license of the driver of the lorry bearing registration No.TN-45-A-7272 involved in Cr.No.268 of 2018 dated 11.05.2018 registered with the 3rd respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, Mr.Sridharan, SSI, C-1, Sriperumbudur Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted the incident took place on 05.05.2018, for which, complaint was given only on 11.05.2018 and FIR in Crime No.268 of 2018 was registered on 11.05.2018, for the offence under Section 279 and 337 IPC. He further submitted that the Police have traced the offending vehicle and as soon as the driver of the vehicle is apprehended, the documents necessary for filing MCOP will be furnished to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish the documents relating to the offending vehicle, if secured, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-IX) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar gya To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District.
