Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 for a transfer to any one of the medical institutions in Tirunelveli District under the control of the second to fifth respondents.

ORDER
Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission considering the fact that the petitioner's request for retransfer to any one of the Medical Institutions in Tirunelveli District has not received attention from the respondents.
3. Appearing on behalf of the respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 13.09.2021 of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the staff member passed away on 07.10.2021 in Tirunelveli District and therefore the petitioner can be suitably accommodated in the place of the deceased Employee.
5. Since the petitioner would not have mentioned the above details in the representation, the petitioner is given liberty to file additional representation within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
