Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to pass

final orders with regard to disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner in charge Memo dated 14.01.2016 in Na.Ka.Tha.7/12268/2015 issued by the 3rd respondent within a time to be fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service and grant all service benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing respondents 1 and 2 to pass final orders with regard to disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner in charge Memo dated 14.01.2016 in Na.Ka.Tha.7/12268/2015 issued by the 3rd respondent within a time to be fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service and grant all service benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
