ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 25.09.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 392, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC 1860, in Crime No.549 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner demanded rowdy momool from the defacto complainant and as he has not hand over the amount, the petitioner had assaulted him with hands, that the petitioner had demanded Rs.1,00,000/- as mamool, failing which he will kill him, that subsequently this petitioner had attempted to assault him by using knife focusing on his head and as he moved away he has not sustained any injury, that the petitioner had robbed a sum of Rs.700/- from the pocket of the defacto complainant and intimidated him as to cause his death if the demanded amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was not paid. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 25.09.2021. petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner and the investigation is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
