The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.143 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in illegal possession of 1.200 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners were found in possession of 1.200 Kgs of Ganja. He further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petitions of the petitioners were dismissed by this Court vide order dated 1/3

09.06.2022 and 05.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.13353 and 15523 of 2022 respectively. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail applications to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel and also the considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioners' earlier anticipatory bail petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 02.09.2022 Vv 2/3
