No.1385 OF 2012 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence imposed in C.C.No.13 of 2005 dated 02.04.2012 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Perundurai, Erode District and the same was confirmed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, in Crl.A.No.106 of 2012 on 20.09.2012 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.1385 of 2012 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAMED ISMAIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.MONOKARAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:-

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has settled the entire cheque amount and the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that as per the instructions, only Rs.8,95,000/- alone.

2. Taking into consideration of the cheque amount since substantive part of the cheque amount is already been settled and there shall be an interim suspension of sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the revision. -sd/- 02/08/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
