This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the above Criminal Revision as against the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in C.A.No.187 of 2023 by the Learned XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 269 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
