This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11001 of in Crl.O.P.No.15320 of 2022 on 28.10.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
