O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.06.2016 made in W.A.No.738 of 2016.

2. The Contempt Petition came to be instituted in the year 2024, after a lapse of about eight years from the passing of the order by this Court. Thus the petition is hit by limitation contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the Contempt Petition.
