ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25131 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.61 of 2023, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.61 of 2023 and filed final report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID, Egmore, Chennai, on 19.06.2024.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
