Kal auction purchaser. Annexed to the memo is a settlement agreement dated 25.03.2025. The said settlement agreement contains the signature of the petitioner and the third respondent herein. In terms thereof, the petitioner has purchased the property described in the Judge's summons from the third respondent. By taking note of such settlement, these applications are disposed of.
