O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Mandamus to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner herein, dated 04.03.2024.

2. The status report is filed by the second respondent-Police stating that the representation of the petitioner is registered in C.S.R.No.662 of 2023 on 23.07.2024. After enquiring the parties and ascertaining that two civil suits are pending between the parties, one in O.S.No.218 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirupathur and another suit in O.S.No.336 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirupathur and that the petitioner being advised to solve the dispute before the Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that, as on date, the petitioners are in possession, and if there is any threat to their possession, necessary action would be taken by the Police. He further states that Mr.T.Kumar, SBSSI, the third respondent herein is no more in the Jolarpet Police Station and is being transferred and therefore, states that there cannot be 2/4

apprehension that the third respondent will influence the first respondentPolice.
