Arbitration Application No. 402 of 2023 K.KUMARESH BABU, J.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the dispute between the applicant and the respondent had been resolved with respect to all the vehicles. She would further submit that out of the ten Advocate Commissioners, four of them have attempted to execute the warrant, but however the vehicles were not repossessed. They have also been paid the additional remuneration as agreed upon by them.

In view of the settlement that had been arrived at, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw and also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
