O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks removal of encroachments in Salem, the relief being very general in character. The counter-affidavit filed shows that where action is taken from to time to remove encroachments.

2.We are of the view that if there are any specific encroachments to which the petitioner is referring to, he may intimate the concerned authorities for necessary action. 3.Writ petition is closed. No costs.
