Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further order imposed by this Hon`ble in Crl.O.P.No. 15297 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021 into appear before any police station in other District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further order imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15297 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021 and instead of that , the petitioner may appear before any police station in any other District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the conditions imposed on the petitioner, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police, who informed him that there was a life threat to him, hence, the petitioner may be directed to appear before any other police station, in any other District, instead of appearing before the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that he has no objection for modifying the said condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court has modified the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.OP.No.15297 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021 as follows:

" the petitioner shall report before the Trichy Fort Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;
