Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, M/s.C.S.Sreenedhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the authorities have regularised the service of the petitioner vide proceedings in Circular No.7/2021 dated 09.09.2021, and petitioner was also granted promotion. The learned counsel for the petitioner circulated the copy of the proceedings in Circular No.7/2021 dated 09.09.2021, for perusal of this Court. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact. He further submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed on account of proceedings dated 09.09.2021.

4. In view of the above factual position, this Court finds that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
