(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 17.08.2021 made in Mu.Mu.1227/2021/A1 on the file of the Taluk Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

dispute. Therefore, the order passed by the Taluk Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District, Namakkal, in Mu.Mu.1227/2021/A1 dated 17.08.2021 is set aside and both the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court to sort out the dispute.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
