NAGAMUTHU,J.,) When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has returned and started living with the petitioner. He made an endorsement in the petition that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed.
