The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the respondent shown in the order dated 23.08.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.14998 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned the district of the respondent as Perambalur District in the cause title instead of Ariyalur District. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order modifying the district of the respondent as Ariyalur District as well and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order. In view of the above, registry is directed to modify the district of the respondent as Ariyalur District in cause title of the order dated 23.08.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.14998 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties .
