This Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities in the name of his father, S.G.Hussain alias Syed Ghazenfer Hussain, who died intestate on 11.08.2008. The mother of the petitioner Mrs. Zubedia Hussain had died on 30.06.2021. The petitioner is the only son. After publication was effected, the petitioner was invited to adduce evidence. 2.

The death certificate of his father and that of his mother were marked as Exs. P-1 and P-3. The legal heirship certificate of his father and that of his mother were marked as Exs. P-2 and P-4. The details of the share certificates were marked as Exs. P-5 to P-15. The paper publication was marked as Ex.P-16.

In view of the evidence presented, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the securities and to receive all the interests dividends and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule is issued. The petitioner is directed to render accounts once in a year.
