This Criminal original Petition has been filed to fix the time frame to speedy disposal of the C.C.No.102 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.102 of 2018 in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
