This petition has been filed seeking for the change of investigation at the stage of the complaint, which is pending enquiry before the 2nd respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.It is seen from records that the complaint is pending enquiry before the 2nd respondent in C.No.51/SPGDP/SDO-ER/2019, dated 08.07.2019. Therefore the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage. The concerned jurisdictional Police is Inspector of Police, Perundurai Police Station, Erode District.

4.The enquiry shall be completed within a period of three weeks and a decision shall be taken and if any cognizable offence is made out, the 2nd respondent can direct the Inspector of Police, Perundurai Police Station, Erode District, to register an FIR and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
