Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.11358 of 2021 dated 02.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 02.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have not executed the sureties and they have not been complying with the conditions properly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could not be acceded to.
