This Criminal original Petition has been filed to fix the time frame to speedy disposal of the S.C.No.380 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned 2nd Additional Sub Judge,Salem. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned 2nd Additional Sub Judge, Salem, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.380 of 2019 in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
