This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15861 of 2025, bail application order dated 22.05.2025 in Crime No.156 of 2025, the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders on the file of the respondent police in para 7(c). 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.15861 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 in Crime No.156 of 2025, the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders is relaxed.
