ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the daughter of one T. Shanthi, aged about 52 years, W/o late P. Thulasimani. According to the petitioner, she has been missing from 10.10.2016 onwards. In this regard, a case has already been registered by the second respondent in Cr.No.452 of 2016. But so far, she has not been secured. This is the grievance of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the second respondent, submitted that Mrs.T. Shanthi had illegal intimacy with one Murugesan and she eloped with Murugesan, aged about 61 years.
