These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioners that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer at Coimbatore / The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore once in 15 days until further orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.6849 & 6846 of 2022 in Crl.A.Nos.336 & 335 of 2022 respectively dated 01.06.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also confirm that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the said submission, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer at Coimbatore / The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore once in a month for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required.
