The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed the Writ Petition challenging the re-tender notice dated 09.07.2024 in Na.Ka.No.E4/001470/2023 of the 3rd respondent, however it appears that subsequently, the tender was confirmed in favour of the 4th respondent by an order dated 16.07.2024 vide Se.Mu.Aa.No.E4/2057/2024. 2.

In view of the above fact, this Court permits the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the tender confirmation notice dated 16.07.2024 granted in favour of the 4th respondent/Sunrise Labour Contractor in the manner known to law. 2/4

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
