(CRIME NO.5/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30am until further order in the order dated 28.09.2021 in Criminal OP.No.17913/2021 and pass such further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S BALAJI VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 28.09.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 28.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required until further orders.
