This petition has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the revision petitioner viz., Mr. Y.A. Nathan, who died on 18.05.2019. 2.

I have heard Mr. D.S. Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Though the counsel name of the respondents are shown in the cause list, when the case is called, no one is appearing for the respondents. 4.

Since this petition is necessitated to bring the legal heirs of the revision petitioner who died on 18.05.2019, considering the same, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment immediately.
