This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police to give police protection to the petitioner for fencing his land situated in New S.No.260/3, Old S.No.37/4 Melmaruthur Village, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District in pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 04.10.2021.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner to provide police protection.
3. On seeing the photographs produced by the petitioner, the petitioner's land is full of flags, the petitioner do no know who is the obstructor to fence his property. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
jurisdictional police on fresh cause of action if any.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
