2.The petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural" in respect of the respondents 4, 5, 7 to 11 circulated where the respondents 4, 5, 7 to 11 are residing mentioning the date of hearing as 07.11.2019.
