This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7434 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8248 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate in C.C.No.310 of 2023.
