ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition so that he can file a petition for statutory bail. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the co-accused/A1 is absconding. Hence, charge sheet could not be filed within time.

3.In view of the submission made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition seeking statutory bail.
