BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CCIW, THIRUVARUR POLICE STATION, THIRUVARUR DISTRICT.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that this Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m without fail until further orders, in order dated 14.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.9652 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KINGSTON JEROLD, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 14.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 14.06.2021 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 am, till filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
