C.M.P.No.19648 of 2021 in S.A.SR.No.79434 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the above appeal passed in A.S.No.60 of 2014 on the file of the learned 1st Additional Sub-Judge, Cuddalore, dated 27.08.2019 reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.46 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Cuddalore, dated 30.06.2014.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 111 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.19648 of 2021 is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1 to 4 in the cause list.
