This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18337 of 2022 on 04.08.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
