Heard M/s. V.S. Usharani, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the hearings of M.P. No. 30 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner under Section 54(1) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, has been conducted on regular basis and the same would be concluded within three months.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearings of M.P. No. 30 of 2012 and extend their cooperation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The Second Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.01.2020 and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment and file report of its compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.01.2020. It is made clear that if any of the parties do not appear without any reasonable cause, the Second Respondent shall proceed further without showing any indulgence in that regard. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
