The respondent has entered appearance through counsel. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for transferring ID OP No.29/2015 pending o the file of the Principal District Court at Chengalpattu, to the file of I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with Maintenance Case No.285/2012. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. The endorsement is recorded and the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. ID OP No.29/2015 is withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court at Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of I Additional Judge, Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai to be tried along with Maintenance Case No.285/2012. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
