This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 636 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner called the defacto complainant over phone and demanded Rs.10,000/- as Mamool. Since, the defacto complainant cut the phone, the petitioner and other accused came to the defacto complainant's house abused and try to attack him with knife. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
