This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection order passed by the respondent dated 03.09.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to issue Nativity Certificate to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent for issuance of Nativity Certificate and it was rejected vide impugned order dated 03.09.2021 on the ground that the petitioner was born in the State of California, USA. However, now the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
