ORDER
The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by S.Ramachandran, who died intestate on 18.10.2012. The first petitioner is the son, the second petitioner is the daughter and the third petitioner is the wife of the deceased S.Ramachandran. 1/4
2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Ramachandran, which has been marked as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased S.Ramachandran, is marked as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only surviving Class-I legal heirs of the deceased. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.
3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No 2/4
