2. Today, Mr.Kannan, Sub-Inspector, P6, Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai-600 118, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1539 of 2017 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 31.07.2018 and the same has not been taken on file.
