This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 213 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the on 13.07.2024, at about 06.00 p.m., the petitioner drove the private school bus bearing registration No. TN 15 R 5428, in rash and negligent manner by watching movie in his cell phone and suddenly severed the vehicle, due to which the bus topple down and 9 children sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, 9 students were sustained injuries due to the negligence of the petitioner and also the investigation is not yet completed.
