O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Mohammed Farook, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.265 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
