When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, since there are prima facie materials to frame charges, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the trial court, after the charges are framed. It is seen that the co-accused in C.C.No.3676 of 2018 have pleaded guilty and the trial is proceeding only as against the petitioner herein. Hence, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.3676 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

provided the accused cooperates and further, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
