This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has acquainted with one Stanley Simon/A1 of Kerala through his friend Velmurugan. The said Stanley Simon said to be engaged in money transaction through EUROT App and he assured that if one lakh given it would be credited into triple as Eurot Coin, for which, he convened canvass meeting on 29.07.2022 at Permabalur Hotel and explained the process, where 60 persons were participated. The defacto complainant has given Rs. 10 lakhs to the said Stanley Simon and on 11.04.2024 six lakhs was received by the said Stanley Simon, through his driver Prakash, Vishvanath. Likewise, 120 persons have paid nearly seven crores to the said Stanley Simon. Thereafter, he neither credited the amount in the said App nor returned the amount and also the abused and threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner has cheated 120 persons to the tune of Rs.7 crores and also no recovery from him. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
