(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Though the delay is inordinate, the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition cannot be discarded. Learned counsel for the respondent also has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Since the petitioner has explained the cause for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. (S.S.S.R., J.)
